Thank you for your email & thank you for our FANTASTIC turkey. We followed your instructions to the letter & it was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect size for us as we have plenty left for today, tomorrow & to freeze for a later date.

Here’s another bit of feedback from MC. She doesn’t do Internet and has been a customer for many years. I think this is the first time she has ever given feedback, so thought it worth a mention.
I had a phone call last night from a turkey customer, who said she had to phone me because she wanted me to know how delicious it was. She cooked it our way, but admitted she turned it up the right way at the end, because they like crispy skin. They ate it for Christmas Day and Boxing Day and then had enough to make two casseroles. They boiled up the carcass and now have plenty of stock, which has been frozen. They are already looking forward to next years’ one.
Ani— just a short note to say that the turkey was great… very tasty and moist! We almost followed your instructions but had to make some amendments due to the Aga in which it was cooked!!!
Looking forward to next Christmas already to get another turkey [Emoji] !!!

Your turkey was simply wonderful.
P and I enjoyed every mouthful and we still have the legs in the freezer together with three litres of wonderful stock.
I have carved many turkeys but yours just kept on giving with pockets of meat everywhere. As you suggested P cooked it breast down in the Aga – bottom oven for 12 hours and left it to rest for an hour which ensured that the meat was amazingly moist.
Clearly a lot of care goes into producing your flock so we had better order early next year.

My apologies for the time in coming back to you so late after Christmas, I would just like to thank and compliment you for our Turkey order.
Our entire family agreed that without doubt this year was the best we have ever eaten, we followed you advised cooking method and were extremely pleased with the results, not only a moist bird but with so much flavour.
We will be sure to order from you again in time for Christmas 2020 and have already and will continue to recommend you turkeys whenever we are now asked were we purchase from.
