Free Range Turkey Deposit – Pay a deposit here to secure a turkey for collection before Christmas 2024
All our turkeys are slow growing traditional bronze breeds, which are reared to full maturity, a minimum of 24 weeks old, ensuring a succulent texture when cooked.
The turkeys are all bronze hens and should reach weights of about 7-8Kg (about 15.5 lbs – 17.5lbs).
They are £14.00 per Kg (£6.35 per lb) oven ready. We don’t sell them by their deadweight.*
So a 7Kg bird will cost £98.oo and an 8Kg bird will cost £112.00
May I remind our customers that we do not have a card machine however you can pay using cash, cheque, paypal, or into our bank account by Direct Bank Transfer.
Pick up times: 23rd December from 2pm until 4pm. Or morning, 24th December, from 10am until Noon. Or call 07703 182971 if you prefer to pick up at a different time.

Your turkey was simply wonderful.
P and I enjoyed every mouthful and we still have the legs in the freezer together with three litres of wonderful stock.
I have carved many turkeys but yours just kept on giving with pockets of meat everywhere. As you suggested P cooked it breast down in the Aga – bottom oven for 12 hours and left it to rest for an hour which ensured that the meat was amazingly moist.
Clearly a lot of care goes into producing your flock so we had better order early next year.

My apologies for the time in coming back to you so late after Christmas, I would just like to thank and compliment you for our Turkey order.
Our entire family agreed that without doubt this year was the best we have ever eaten, we followed you advised cooking method and were extremely pleased with the results, not only a moist bird but with so much flavour.
